I am confused. Why is it ok to send a horse to slaughter that has been illegally rounded up, but that is considered legal, when clearly the law in Nevada states:
"Killing estray livestock is a felony punishable of up to five years in prison and a fine of $US10,000."
Can someone give me an answer?
