The Department of the Interior is currently attempting to cut the fat from its 2018 Budget by killing off up to 46,000 wild horses & burros in BLM holding facilities and even more “excess” wild horses & burros on the range.  In truth, the BLM has a long history of knowingly putting our wild horses & burros at risk for slaughter.  In The Truth #1, the BLM’s intent was not even hidden.

Go team! This is your one and only chance to get this out to your reps and show them the facts instead of fake news on this issue. This is going to be the one thing you can brag to your grandchildren about, that you were one of the thousands of advocates who fought back against the administration that will kill all wild horses in burros with a bullet if this gets passed. I don’t know about you, but when my generations to come look back and want to know what I stood for, it will be a legacy to be proud of. They will have the ability to see Wild One’s in their lifetimes because of what we did. Proud to know you will step up in this crucial period and protect these vulnerable animals from a cruel, inhumane fate. Neigh On!
