1 Corinthians 13:11
When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways.
Most if not all of us have relied on our parents to teach us the unknowable ways of the world, the ability to learn how to behave, interact and discover the world around us along with clear instructions on how to be decent, caring, loving individuals.
Religion indeed has played no small part in our lives as well, more in some than others. Religious instruction in my childhood was based on humility, compassion towards all beings, i.e., how to be a caring neighbor, a law abiding citizen and more importantly respect for others but especially to animals. Thanks to this knowledge I have become an adult that not only my mother is very proud of, but Heaven above as well.
Like many people of my age, the 50’s and 60’s in America were filled with Sunday and Wednesday church services, without fail. The goal of any religion of choice was to direct our lives to be more in line with the teachings of Jesus, and to use his wisdom as the moral compass, blueprint if you will, in which to lead those lives.
Here are just a few scriptures taught in bible study classes in America:
To adhere to the Golden Rule, “Luke 6:31 records Jesus saying,
“Do to others as you would have them do to you.”
Romans 12:10
“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.”
Phillipians 2:3
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves”
Titus 2:7
“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness”
1 Corininths 10:33
“…even as I try to please everyone in every way. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved.”
These are the words that guide the American people to make good decisions and more importantly deeds through action when coming up in the world, to adhere and practice this wisdom daily whether at school, church, but especially in the home and abroad.
In those words of wisdom were instructions on how to navigate the unknowable – the pitfalls of the world, rely solely on our ability to make good choices, to defy decisions of moral turpitude. Our Republic continues to rely on the Biblical Principles of the Ten Commandments as the basis for which American Jurisprudence relies heavily upon.
“Democracies and republics are not Biblical principles, but instead styles of governance. The principles being referred to that are in the U.S. Constitution are how our laws were inspired by the moral principles of the Ten Commandments, and how the Blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity (principles of freedom) were inspired by the biblical principles of free will, individualism, personal responsibility, moral conduct, and so forth.” U.S. Constitution and Biblical Principles By Douglas V. Gibbs

However, there is something quite amiss within our government today. Republican Politicians must have forgotten much of what they were taught as children within the confines of the unknowable, yet as adults continue to behave in a manner more aligned to the legal principle of moral turpitude:
“”an act or behavior that gravely violates the sentiment or accepted standard of the community””
Moral Turpitude. A phrase used in Criminal Law to describe conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty, or good morals. Crimes involving moral turpitude have an inherent quality of baseness, vileness, or depravity with respect to a person’s duty to another or to society in general.

I care not to dwell upon the moral or immoral righteousness of others, except when it directly affects people that I deeply care about……my family, friends and more importantly the air, water, environment and animals that are directly impacted by the moral decrepitude that has invaded our social consciousness along with our conversations.
The People’s Will is Sovereign and yet, continually ignored in lieu of corporate greed, pollution and debased cruelty against people of color, animals and our environment. We were warned repeatedly by Jefferson.
“Jefferson wrote in 1825 to William Branch Giles of “vast accession of strength from their younger recruits, who having nothing in them of the feelings or principles of ’76 now look to a single and splendid government of an Aristocracy, founded on banking institutions and monied in corporations under the guise and cloak of their favored branches of manufactures commerce and navigation, riding and ruling over the plundered ploughman and beggared yeomanry.”
The end of democracy…(Spurious Quotation)
Republican’s (which includes the 45th President) force their will upon us daily, a continued assault on our guarantee under the Constitution of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness which were assuredly paid in spades by our ancestors with their blood, sweat, treasure and tears to assure our freedom to be just that, free from tyranny.
Black, brown, yellow or red, all gave some, some gave all. Each and every American today has suffered to make America in the image of a godly being, and which has closely aligned to that of a egalitarian society. Egalitarian Society is in my opinion, one in which all prosper, not just a few.
Michael Moore’s “Where to Invade Next” clearly shows that everywhere else in the world that abides by America’s gift of clarity by our founding fathers works, but just not here. That is shameful and absolutely should never stand!
But continued assaults, using ungodly laws, illegal appointments and legal doctrine using a debased ideology of how we should return to “days gone by” that were immoral and unjust to this day demand not only justice but outrage!
From authoritarian President Trump implying that law enforcement should injure individuals while putting them in their vehicles (anyone remember this….the Presumption of Innocence, “the presumption that anyone accused of a crime is innocent until proven guilty” to VP Pence encouraging the demise of Planned Parenthood and the many benefits it offers to women and children. This administrations continued assault on women, children and minorities looks nothing like near our weekly instructions in the bible. This is NOT what a Christian looks like, it resembles absolutely nothing that I was taught in Sunday School or in the Church.
Another example, by installing Gorsuch to the bench and ignoring the Will of the People, Jefferson warned us again…..
“The Constitution… meant that its coordinate branches should be checks on each other. But the opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves in their own sphere of action but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” –Thomas Jefferson to Abigail Adams, 1804. ME 11:51
“The monetization of laws, health care, education, pre-election campaign, etc. puts citizens in obviously unequal conditions.” I would go a step further. Privatization of our Commons, such as public lands, roads, elections, water, prisons, healthcare and now with DeVos, education, has left our democracy shattered thanks in part to our dishonored Congress, Supreme Court and Executive Office.
“Tragically, this wealth is being stolen in the name of economic efficiency and global competitiveness. As the disparity between the world’s richest individuals and everyone else grows, a massive takeover of the commons is occurring. Through privatization schemes, land grabs, excessive copyright and patenting claims, no-new-taxes policies, neocolonial globalization and the gutting of government services, we are losing what is rightfully ours. These radical policies inflict economic pain but also diminish the natural world, our sense of community and the ability to participate in decisions affecting our future.”
From 2011 Headline:

This is not the America I grew up in. It looks nothing like the America that I know and love after the 60’s age of enlightenment. We can thank our current Republicans hiding behind Christianity under the guise of evangelists for this now diluted form of governance, along with Nixon, Reagan, and Bush Sr and Jr. Their crimes are vile and reprehensible.
Dispute this truth…..
Comment by Ronald Waller, “Why I don’t Vote Republican”
“During a civil political conversation “I made a comment recently where I claimed that Republican administrations had been much more criminally corrupt over the last 50 plus years than the Democrats. I was challenged (dared actually) to prove it. So I did a bit of research and when I say a bit I mean it didn’t take long and there is no comparison.
When comparing criminal indictments of those serving in the executive branch of presidential administrations, it’s so lopsided as to be ridiculous. Yet all I ever hear about is how supposedly “corrupt” the Democrats are. So why don’t we break it down by president and the numbers?
Obama (D) – 8 yrs in office. Zero criminal indictments, zero convictions and zero prison sentences. So the next time somebody describes the Obama administration as “scandal free” they aren’t speaking wishfully, they’re simply telling the truth.
Bush, George W. (R) – 8 yrs in office. 16 criminal indictments. 16 convictions. 9 prison sentences.
Clinton (D) – 8 yrs in office. 2 criminal indictments. One conviction. One prison sentence. That’s right nearly 8 yrs of investigations. Tens of millions spent and 30 yrs of claiming them the most corrupt ever and there was exactly one person convicted of a crime.
Bush, George H. W. (R) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment. One conviction. One prison sentence.
Reagan (R) – 8 yrs in office. 26 criminal indictments. 16 convictions. 8 prison sentences.
Carter (D) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment. Zero convictions and zero prison sentences.
Ford (R) – 4 yrs in office. One indictment and one conviction. One prison sentence.
Nixon (R) – 6 yrs in office. 76 criminal indictments. 55 convictions. 15 prison sentences.
Johnson (D) – 5 yrs in office. Zero indictments. Zero convictions. Zero prison sentences.
So, let’s see where that leaves us. In the last 53 years, Democrats have been in the Oval Office for 25 of those years, while Republicans held it for 28. In their 25 yrs in office Democrats had a total of three executive branch officials indicted with one conviction and one prison sentence. That’s one whole executive branch official convicted of a crime in two and a half decades of Democrat leadership.
In the 28 yrs that Republicans have held office over the last 53 yrs they have had a total of (a drum roll would be more than appropriate), 120 criminal indictments of executive branch officials. 89 criminal convictions and 34 prison sentences handed down. That’s more prison sentences than years in office since 1968 for Republicans. If you want to count articles of impeachment as indictments (they aren’t really but we can count them as an action), both sides get one more. However, Clinton wasn’t found guilty while Nixon resigned and was pardoned by Ford (and a pardon carries with it a legal admission of guilt on the part of the pardoned). So those only serve to make Republicans look even worse.
With everything going on with Trump and his people right now, it’s a safe bet Republicans are gonna be padding their numbers a bit real soon.
So let’s just go over the numbers one more time, shall we? 120 indictments for Republicans. 89 convictions, and 34 prison sentences. Those aren’t “feelings” or “alternate facts.” Those are simply the stats by the numbers. Republicans are, and have been for my entire lifetime, the most criminally corrupt party to hold the office of the presidency.
So those are the actual numbers.”
Very well said! add one more fact to this list…the largest economic damage that has been done to the American people has been solely on the shoulders of Republicans. 9 of the last 10 recessions have been caused by this party.

Lastly, Republicans are working furiously to implement a plan to exterminate the last of the Great American Icons, our taxpayer owned Wild Horses and Burros, through a devious plan to kill well over 67,000 with a bullet or worse, ship to slaughter.
Slaughter in Mexico and Canada are excruciatingly painful ways to kill a sentient animal and cruel beyond imagination. Don’t believe me….watch these videos and tell me I am wrong.

Any one person and I mean anyone who states they are a Christian, believes in America and considers themselves a devout patriot and yet, continues to allow this party carte blanche to maim, kill and destroy any animal, including humanity, our habitat which includes our air, water, environment deserves to be removed from any sphere of influence immediately.
